Cannelloni with quark filling and broccoli

Ingredients

  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 6 Cannelloni rolls
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 3/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg

Directions

    Mix quark, eggs and 2 tablespoons of parmesan. Peel and finely dice the onion and add to the quark. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes and drain.

    Spread the florets in an ovenproof dish. Pour the quark into a piping bag and squirt into the cannelloni. Place the cannelloni on the broccoli. Heat the fat in a saucepan. Sauté the flour in it until golden brown.

    Deglaze with milk and boil well while stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the cannelloni, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes.
