Herring salad with matie filet and yoghurt dressing (lunch diet)

Ingredients

  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 3 TABLESPOONS low-fat yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 small apple
  • 250 g Matie's fillets
  • 15 g fresh cranberries

Directions

    Wash the dill, shake dry. Pluck little flags from the stalks, except for something to garnish, and cut finely. Mix dill, yoghurt, milk and lemon juice

    Peel and quarter the onion and cut into fine strips. Apple quarter, core and cut into pieces. Cut fish into bite-sized pieces. Mix cranberries, apple, onion, fish and sauce, arrange on plates and garnish with dill
