  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 3 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 3 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 3 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 200 ml Olive oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Horseradish (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 70 ml White wine vinegar

Directions

    Wash the herbs, dab dry. Pluck off leaves and chop finely. Mix olive oil, mustard, horseradish, pepper, sugar, herbs and white wine vinegar. Marinate grilled food in it.
