Herb white wine sauce with asparagus

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1 collar Chervil
  • 1 collar Borage
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Flour
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 200 ml Milk

Directions

    Wash the herbs, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stems, except for some for garnishing. Chop the herbs finely. Heat butter in a small pot. Add flour and sauté.

    Add white wine, stock and milk, stirring constantly. Bring to the boil. Add herbs and fold in. Garnish with herbs
