Ingredients

  • 3 red and 3 green chillies
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 750 ml Oil
  • 1 Rosemary branch
  • 7-10 Tbsp some sprigs of thyme
  • 1 TEASPOON colourful peppercorns
  • 750 ml White wine vinegar

Directions

    Wash the chillies and dab dry. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Put the chilli and garlic slices in a bottle, pour oil over them and close the bottle. Wash the herbs, dab dry, pour into a second bottle, add peppercorns and pour vinegar. Decorate bottles with a pretty pendant
