Knead 250 g flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter in pieces and egg first with a hand mixer, then briefly with hands until smooth. Cover and chill for approx. 1 hour
Roll out the dough on a little flour about 4 mm thick, cut out about 30 angels (about 10 cm high). Place on baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 12 minutes. Cooling down
Mix icing sugar and 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice. Pour 3 tablespoons of icing into 1 plastic bag. Mix the rest of the icing with 1-2 tbsp lemon juice. Cut off 1 small corner from the bag. Spray angel with icing and spread and decorate. Drying
