Peel the garlic, press it through a garlic press or dice it finely. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into very small cubes. Zucchini clean, wash, also dice very finely.
Wash the basil and cut into strips, except for a few leaves for garnishing. Heat olive oil. Sauté the minced meat in it while turning. Add garlic and prepared vegetables and braise for about 6 minutes.
Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Deglaze with 1/2 litre cold water. Stir in tomato soup. Bring to the boil while stirring and boil for 1 minute. Refine with cream, season again.
Serve garnished with basil.
