Peach pancakes with raspberries (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 30 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 65 g pitted peach
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 50 g selected raspberries
  • 3 g Diabetic sweetness

Directions

    Mix egg, mineral water, flour and baking powder. Cover the dough and let it swell for about 10 minutes

    Cut the peach into thin slices. Heat oil in a coated pan. Pour in the dough and spread peach slices on top. Bake at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown

    Arrange pancakes with raspberries and sprinkle with diabetic sweetness
