  • 1 cube (42 g) fresh yeast
  • 1 package (1 kg) Baking mix "crusty bread"
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • flour, baking paper

Directions

    Crumble the yeast in 3/4 l lukewarm water and dissolve in it. Add the baking mixture and mix briefly with the dough hooks of the hand mixer at the lowest setting. Then knead at highest setting for approx. 3 minutes until smooth. Knead in sesame seeds and seeds. Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes (longer than indicated on the package!)

    Knead the dough onto some flour and form an oval or round loaf of bread. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Allow to rise for about 30 minutes

    Dust the loaf with flour. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for about 10 minutes. Then switch the temperature down (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) and continue baking for approx. 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool
