  • 4 Radishes
  • 3 discs (40 g) Gouda cheese (17 % fat)
  • 1 leaf Salad
  • 2 discs (10 g each) Crispbread
  • 2 teaspoons (10 g each) Salad cream with yoghurt (4,9 % fat)
  • 5 Radish sprouts

Directions

  1. 1

    Clean the radishes, wash them and cut them into thin slices. Cut the cheese and salad leaf in half. Spread crispbread with 1 teaspoon of salad cream on each. Cover with salad, cheese and radish slices.

    Sprinkle with sprouts. Drink 1 cup of tea with it.
