Hazelnut Rough Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 Federation (approx. 120 g) Rocket
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 50 g shelled hazelnuts
  • 150 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the rocket and spin dry. Peel garlic and chop roughly. Roast hazelnuts in a pan without fat for 3-4 minutes. Remove, let cool and chop coarsely.

    Mix nuts, rocket, garlic and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the pesto into a clean sealable jar. Store in a cool and dark place.
