Brussels sprouts with parmesan pine nut butter

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 40 g Pine nuts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 50 g Parmesan (piece)

Directions

    Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts. Cover and cook in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes.

    Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat. Finally add butter, let it foam up briefly and remove from the heat.

    Grate parmesan. Drain the Brussels sprouts, let them drain and put them back into the pot. Fold in butter mix and parmesan.
