Cream fat with sugar, vanilla sugar, orange peel and egg. Alternately stir in jam and milk, mix flour with baking powder and baking soda, stir in briefly. Grease a muffin tray with 12 depressions or place 2 paper baking cups one inside the other. Spread the dough evenly. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.

Knead the marzipan with 25 g icing sugar and colour green with food colouring. Roll out on some icing sugar. Cut out clover leaves with a cookie cutter. Carve a pattern with a knife. Form marzipan stalks from the rest. Take the muffins out of the mould and dust with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar.
