Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 400 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 1 small red and yellow peppers
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 6 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 100 g Ham and bacon cubes
  • 200 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 100 g Salad cream (16% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Horseradish (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp White wine or white balsamic vinegar

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Put the corn in a sieve and drain. Put peas in boiling salted water and cook for about 4 minutes. Drain peas and rinse under cold water. Halve the peppers, clean and wash them. Cut halves into strips. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings.

    Wash parsley, dab dry, pluck leaves from 5 stems and cut into fine strips. Drain noodles and rinse under cold water. Leave the bacon in a pan until crisp. Mix yoghurt and salad cream. Mix noodles, diced bacon, vegetables, parsley strips and salad yoghurt cream and season to taste with salt, pepper, horseradish and a little vinegar. Garnish salad with parsley
