Soak the buns. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onions. Wash and chop the thyme. Knead minced meat, eggs, squeezed out rolls, thyme, onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Roll out between foil to a large plate of 40x40 cm. Crumble the sheep's cheese finely and sprinkle evenly over the chopping board. Form into a roll with the help of the foil. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 1 1/2 hours. After 1 hour, cover minced roll with bacon. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers for the dip and cut them into very fine strips.
Mash the green olives. Mix curd cheese, olive puree and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to soak well and season if necessary. Serve the chopped roll and dip with pepperoni and black olives.
Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
