Ham sandwich with egg

Ingredients

  • 1 washer Wholemeal bread
  • 5 g Butter
  • several sheets Lettuce
  • 1 TEASPOON sour cream (10% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Horseradish
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 discs (15 g each) Salmon ham
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley leaves, cornichons and corn on the cob for garnishing

Directions

    Spread bread with butter. Wash the lettuce leaves, dab dry and place on the bread. Mix sour cream with horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover bread with ham.

    Cut the egg into slices and lay them on the bread. Pour sauce over it. Sprinkle with some parsley. Serve garnished with gherkins, baby corn and parsley.
