  • 100 g cleaned carrot and kohlrabi
  • 60 g cleaned mangetout or frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 80 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp (3 g) Sauce thickener or plant-based Binders
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Semi-fat

    Steam vegetables covered in 1/8 l salt water for about 5 minutes

    Fry the potato wedges in oil for about 10 minutes. Fry the fillet for 5 minutes. Season everything

    Tie vegetables, add chervil. Melt the fat on the fillet. Arrange everything
