Ham noodles with peas and egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 400–500 g fine ribbon noodles (e.g. tagliatelle)
  • 300 g frozen peas
  • 4–6 Eggs
  • 3-4 Tbsp Butter
  • 150 g Diced ham

Directions

    Bring plenty of salt water to the boil in a pot. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onions. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Add peas and cook for about 3 minutes. Boil eggs separately for 8-10 minutes.

    Heat butter. Onions and ham in it approx.

    Steam for 5 minutes. Season everything well with pepper. Rinse and peel the eggs.

    Drain the pasta and peas (put some cooking water aside). Mix the onions, ham, pasta and peas. If necessary add 4-5 tablespoons of cooking water. Season again with salt and pepper.

    Halve the eggs and serve with the ham noodles. Sprinkle with chives.
