Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Then cook covered in 1/4 l boiling salted water for about 8 minutes
Clean, wash and thinly slice the mushrooms. Heat oil. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes
Dice the ham. Remove the broccoli and keep warm. Boil up vegetable water and milk. Melt cheese in it. If necessary, thicken slightly with sauce thickener and season to taste. Add ham and mushrooms to the sauce
Wash the tomato, quarter and possibly seed it. Finely dice the tomato. Drain the macaroni. Serve with broccoli, ham and cheese sauce and diced tomatoes
