Sort the arugula, wash and drain well. Peel garlic and chop very finely. Heat the oil in 2 portions in a large pan. Fry 6 slices of ciabatta on each side until golden brown.
After turning, add half the garlic to each side and season with pepper. Remove.
Cover slices of bread with cream cheese in flakes. If necessary, pluck the ham into large pieces and spread on the bread with the cherries. Garnish with rocket salad and serve.
