Ham and basil noodles

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 g green olives (pitted)
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp (in oil; glass)
  • 200 g sliced boiled ham
  • 75 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (15 g) heaped tbsp. flour
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (500 g) fresh pasta (e.g. fettuccine; chiller cabinet)
  • 6-8 Stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Chop the olives coarsely. Drain tomatoes. Cut tomatoes and ham into strips. Grate parmesan.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the ham briefly in it. Add onion and fry. Add olives and tomatoes and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

    Dust everything with flour and sweat briefly. 1⁄4 l Pour on water and cream, bring to the boil. Stir in broth and approx. 2⁄3 Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer sauce for 3-4 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Wash the basil and cut into strips except for a little bit.

    Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce and basil strips. Season to taste and serve. Garnish with remaining basil. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
