Spaghetti with minced-cheese sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 packages (150 g each) Preparation of cream cheese with herbs from Provence (e.g. bresso)

Directions

    Bring plenty of salted water to the boil in a large pot. Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into very small florets. Peel and chop the broccoli stems. Peel and chop the onion. Spaghetti in boiling water for about 10 minutes

    Cook the broccoli for the last 2-3 minutes.

    In the meantime heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry the onion briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Remove approx. 1⁄4 l of the pasta water and pour it into the mince, bring to the boil. Stir in cream cheese and let it simmer for a short time.

    Drain the spaghetti and broccoli and put them back into the pot. Season the minced-cheese sauce, pour over the pasta and mix carefully. Serve.
