For the dough, mix butter, 40 g sugar and 1 pinch of salt until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder. Alternate with buttermilk and stir into the butter-sugar cream. Heat and grease the waffle iron.
Then bake 6 waffles from the dough one after the other and keep warm.
For the sauce, mix sour cream, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Serve with the waffles. Serve with ice cream.
