Ingredients

  • 10 g dried mixed mushrooms
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 400 g Eier-SpƤtzle
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS dark sauce thickener

Directions

    Soak dried mushrooms in 300 ml warm water for about 1 hour. Clean 100 g mushrooms and chop them coarsely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry mushrooms and onion in 1 teaspoon of hot oil for a few minutes. Let them cool down. Knead minced meat, egg and mustard.

    Add mushroom mixture. Season with salt, pepper and chilli powder. Form 8 minced steaks from the mincing mixture. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large pan and fry the steaks for 12-15 minutes, turning them over. In the meantime, clean the remaining mushrooms and possibly cut them in half. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Pour off the soaked mushrooms and collect the liquid. Chop the mushrooms. Cook spaetzle in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Keep minced steaks warm. Fry mushrooms, mixed mushrooms and spring onions in the frying fat.

    Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Pour off the soaked mushrooms and collect the liquid. Chop the mushrooms. Cook spaetzle in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Keep minced steaks warm. Fry mushrooms, mixed mushrooms and spring onions in the frying fat. Add mushroom soaking water and bring to the boil, stir in sauce thickener. Bring to the boil again briefly, season with salt and pepper
