Ingredients

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 cube (21 g) Yeast
  • 14 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 600 g Pork escalope
  • 5 red onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON freeze-dried marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS Sweet peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 300 g Feta cheese
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 16 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 4 curly tomatoes (about 60 g each)
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) piquant pizza sauce
  • 150 g Kalamata olives
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 (approx. 300 g) Cucumber
  • 500 g Greek cream yoghurt
  • 1 Avocado
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in 225 ml lukewarm water while stirring. Pour yeast water and 7 tbsp. oil into the flour mixture and knead to a smooth dough using the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes

    In the meantime, wash the cutlets, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Peel and halve onions and cut them into thin strips. Mix the meat, onions, marjoram, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl with 7 tbsp. oil

    Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Crumble feta coarsely. Grate Parmesan finely. Wash thyme, shake dry and pluck leaves roughly from the stalks. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes

    Heat a large pan, fry the meat in it while turning, remove. Halve the yeast dough. Knead each piece of dough well with your hands on a floured work surface and roll out oval (approx. 20 x 40 cm). Place on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Leave to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes

    Spread a dough cake with about half of the pizza sauce, cover with about half of the meat, peppers, tomatoes and olives and sprinkle with about half of the parmesan and feta. Sprinkle with approx. 1/4 of the thyme and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) on the lower shelf for 20-25 minutes

    For the tzatziki peel the garlic and chop it very finely. Wash, clean and coarsely grate the cucumber. Mix yoghurt and garlic. Stir in the cucumber and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut avocado in half, remove seeds, peel skin and cut flesh into thin slices. Cover the second pizza like the first one

    Take the first pizza out of the oven. Bake the second pizza in the same way. Cover the finished pizza with about half of the avocado and sprinkle with about 1/4 of the thyme. Add the tsatsiki in a small bowl garnished with thyme. Take the second pizza out of the oven and serve it sprinkled with the remaining avocado and thyme
