Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Mix with gyros spice, leave to stand
Clean and wash the zucchini, lettuce and tomatoes. Cut 2/3 of the zucchini into slices. Pluck the lettuce smaller. Halve tomatoes
Coarsely grate the rest of the zucchini and stir into the yoghurt. Peel garlic and press it in. Season yoghurt dip with salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for about 5 minutes. Fry the zucchini for about 2 minutes. Season with a little salt and pepper
Cut a pocket into the bread. Crumble the feta. Mix with gyros and vegetables. Fill the bread with it. Add yoghurt dip
