Ingredients

  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Chicken filet (approx. 100 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 75 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 150 g fresh chanterelles
  • 100 g Emmental cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Season chicken fillet with salt and pepper. Fry in 3 tablespoons of hot oil for about 15 minutes. Peel and finely dice onions. Cut bacon into small cubes. Clean, wash and drain the mushrooms. Heat the remaining oil in a pan.

    Fry bacon and onions in it. Add chanterelles and fry briefly. Pour Brussel sprouts on a sieve, let them drain, add them to the pan and toss them briefly. Put vegetables and chicken filet in an ovenproof dish. Coarsely grate the cheese, mix with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) until the cheese has melted. Garnish with parsley
