Wash the steaks, dab dry and brush with oil on each side. Grill under the preheated grill or on the charcoal grill for a total of 15-20 minutes. Turn several times in between, or fry briefly in a pan over high heat.
Then fry over medium heat for 8 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and chop the parsley. Wash tomatoes and cut them in half horizontally. Add butter, salt, pepper, parsley and breadcrumbs.
Bake under the grill for about 5 minutes and serve with the steaks. Baked potatoes taste good with it.
