Grilled salmon chop with cranberry mustard butter

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON grated peel of 1 organic orange
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 40 g dried cranberries
  • 4 Salmon chops
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pink pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and Orange

Directions

    Mix butter with mustard and orange peel. Season with a little salt and pepper, chop cranberries and mix in. Cool the butter.

    Brush salmon chops with oil. Grill them on the hot charcoal grill from both sides for about 3 minutes. Season salmon chops with salt and pink pepper. Serve with cranberry-mustard butter and garnish with mint and orange.
