Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 pack of (500 g) Baked potatoes (2 pieces)
  • 2 Pork cutlet (approx. 120 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Gyros spice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 paprika-filled olives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

  1. 1

Wrap the potatoes in aluminium foil and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash the cutlets, dab dry and cut into thin strips.

  2. 2

Season with salt, pepper and gyros spice. Peel onion and cut into fine strips. Cut olives into slices. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the gyros in it for 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

Wash parsley, dab dry, except for a little to garnish, pluck and cut into fine strips. Remove the baked potatoes from the oven, cut them, press them on, add sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.

  4. 4

Arrange on plates with gyros, onion and olives. Ketchup tastes good with it. Garnish with salad and remaining parsley.
