Grilled Krakauer with onion sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Vegetable onion (approx. 350 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Curry Powder
  • 150 g Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 package (340 g) Garlic corners (with garlic spread)
  • 4 Krakauer (about 100 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • baking paper

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until transparent. Sprinkle with curry and sauté briefly. Add 125 ml water and ketchup, simmer for 5 minutes at medium heat. Remove the dough from the packaging, separate triangles from each other. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Spread with the garlic spread. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 12-16 minutes. Make several deep cuts into the kielbasa. Grill over the hot grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Serve the sausage with the sauce and garlic wedges
