Ingredients

  • 6 small grilled sausages (approx. 50 g each)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 6 small bay leaves
  • 6 (approx. 375 g) Chicken wings
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Pineapple juice
  • 1 package (450 g) spicy fries
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Cut the sausages in half. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces. Peel onions and cut into slices. Put the sausages, peppers, onions and bay leaf alternately on skewers. Wash chicken wings and dab dry. Rub with salt and cayenne pepper.

    Place the sausage skewers and chicken wings on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for ten minutes. Mix honey, ketchup and pineapple juice. Spread chicken wings with it. Place the French fries on the baking tray and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve with fresh salad, mayonnaise and ketchup
