Ingredients

  • 40 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g cleaned leaf spinach or frozen spinach
  • 1 peeled onion
  • 1/2 peeled clove of garlic
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 1 cleaned tomato
  • 50 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 125 g Chicken filet
  • 2-3 Parsley leaves

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Wash the spinach and cut it a little smaller. Chop onion and garlic finely. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Fry onion and garlic.

    Add the spinach and let it collapse. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and slice the tomato. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Wash chicken fillet and pat dry. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Fry the fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the noodles, rinse with cold water and drain. Put the noodles, spinach and tomatoes in a small casserole dish.

    Fry the fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the noodles, rinse with cold water and drain. Put the noodles, spinach and tomatoes in a small casserole dish. Place the fillet on top. Cover with parsley and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C / fan oven: 200 °C / gas: level 4) for approx. 10 minutes
