\"Green\" Salad with salmon cubes

Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 small romaine lettuce
  • 125-150 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 400 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Mustard cream with Dijon mustard (e.g.
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Dijonnaise"
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lime juice

    Defrost the peas. Wash the cucumber, peel if necessary and slice or cut into fine slices. Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Clean, wash and pluck the rocket salad

    Wash the salmon, dab dry, dice. Fry in hot oil all around for about 3 minutes, season. Mix mustard cream, yoghurt and lime juice. Season with salt. Mix with the prepared salad ingredients, fold in salmon
