Green bean salad with gratinated goat cheese

Ingredients

  • 600 g Frozen green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1⁄2 Federation Radishes
  • 100 g Baby salad mix
  • 2 Shallots
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 3 TABLESPOONS good olive oil
  • 2 (200 g each) Rouleaux de camembert de chèvre
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cover and cook frozen beans in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Pour off, rinse with cold water and drain. Clean and wash radishes and cut into thin slices. Sort the salad, wash and drain.

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line baking tray with baking paper. For the sauce, peel and finely dice shallots. Mix vinegar, mustard, shallots, salt and pepper.

    Add oil underneath.

    Cut the cheese rolls into about 12 slices and place them on the tray. Sprinkle with honey and bake in a hot oven for about 5 minutes.

    Mix salad, beans and radishes with the dressing. Serve the salad with goat cheese.
