Ingredients

  • 3 red onions
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Romaine lettuce hearts
  • 75 g paprika-filled olives
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 100 ml White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 100 g Greek peppers (mildly piquant)

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Clean, wash and cut the cucumber into large pieces. Clean, wash and cut tomatoes into large pieces. Clean, wash and chop lettuce. Cut olives in half. Chop feta cheese roughly. For the vinaigrette mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar.

    Fold in the oil. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into strips. Clean, wash and roughly dice the peppers. Mix onions, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, olives, bell peppers, pepperoni and feta cheese. Drizzle vinaigrette over it and mix. Serve on plates sprinkled with parsley and pepper
