Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 can(s) (236 ml/ 140 g stripping) Pineapple in slices
  • 3 discs Meat loaf (approx. 80 g each)
  • 25 g Butter or margarine
  • 2 large slices of farmhouse bread (approx. 60 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 discs medieval Gouda cheese (approx. à 40 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cress

Directions

    Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Drain the pineapple. Halve meat cheese slices. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the meat loaf briefly while turning. Remove and place on the slices of bread.

    Add onion and mushrooms to the hot frying fat and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Place 2 slices of pineapple on each meat loaf and spread the fried mushrooms on top. Place Gouda slices on top and bake in the preheated oven (electric: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 8-10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with paprika and cress
