Gooseberry-Green Tea Jam

Ingredients

  • 10 g green tea
  • 750 g pink gooseberries
  • 500 g Gelling sugar 2:1

Directions

    Pour tea with 200 ml of water heated to approx. 80°C, leave to infuse for 10 minutes and pour through a sieve. Wash and clean gooseberries. Boil up the fruit and tea in a wide pot. Simmer for about 3 minutes.

    Add sugar and continue cooking for about 2 minutes while stirring. Then fill into carefully prepared glasses and close them well. Turn upside down for about 5 minutes, then turn upside down.
