  • 2 TABLESPOONS Walnut kernels
  • 2 stem(s) Lemon thyme
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Orange marmalade (Fine cut)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt
  • 4 (70 g each) Goat soft cheese taler
  • 8 Cantuccini biscuits

    Coarsely chop the walnuts. Wash thyme, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks. Mix jam, nuts, oil and thyme. Season to taste with salt. Arrange cheese taler on a plate and drizzle jam over it. Add the cantuccini
