Ingredients

  • 1/2 Baguette
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 (150 g each) Rolls of goat's cream cheese
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried ital. Herbs
  • 1-2 Onions
  • 1 Radicchio salad
  • 1 Mini-Romana salad
  • 125 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Walnut kernels
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

    Cut the baguette into 12-16 thin slices. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Cut the cheese into 6-8 slices each and lay them on the bread. Wash, seed and finely dice the tomatoes. Sprinkle the herbs on the cheese

    Onions peel, halve and in strips cut. Salads clean, wash and pluck smaller. Chop nuts. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp. sugar. Fold in 4 tablespoons of oil

    Just before serving, bake the bread in a preheated oven (electric oven: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4). Mix salad and marinade. Arrange everything
