  • 4 Goat cheese coins (40 g each)
  • 8 Baguette slices
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 200 g Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

    Cut the goat cheese taler crosswise into 4 slices. Spread the baguette with fat. Put 2 slices of goat's cheese on top of each baguette. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) until the cheese begins to brown.
