Drain the mushrooms. Peel, halve and slice the onions. Wash and dry the cutlets if necessary. Cut meat into thick strips
Mix everything and pour into an ovenproof dish. Mix cream, chilli sauce, some salt and cayenne pepper and pour over the mixture. If necessary, cover and put in the fridge overnight.
Sprinkle the casserole with cheese. Braise in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes. Wash and finely chop the parsley and sprinkle on top. Served with: fresh farmhouse bread
