Put the gnocchi in boiling salted water, let them steep for about 2 minutes and drain. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Grate cheese. Heat oil in a pan, fry gnocchi in it, deglaze with cream and let simmer for 2-3 minutes, add parsley, season with salt and pepper.
Put everything in an ovenproof dish (16 x 25 cm) and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 15 minutes.
