Giros in flatbread

Ingredients

  • 750 g Pork escalope
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Giros spice salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 1 (250 g) tiffany bread

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Peel onions and cut into rings. Fry meat in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Add onions and fry. Season to taste with seasoning salt and cayenne pepper.

    Wash parsley, dab dry and pluck leaves from the stalks. Mix into the meat. Quarter the flat bread. Cut in and fill with the giros
