Ingredients

  • 250 g Gingerbread hearts, covered with dark chocolate
  • 75 ml Cherry liqueur
  • 15 Amarena cherries
  • 50 g Milk chocolate flakes

Directions

    Crumble gingerbread hearts in the universal shredder. Knead with liqueur until a smooth, sticky mass is formed. Flatten some of the mixture in your hand, put 1 Amarena cherry in the middle, wrap it in the mixture and roll it into a ball.

    Form approx. 14 more balls from the remaining mass. Roll into the chocolate shavings and keep cool.
