Gazpacho salad

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2-3 eggs, 1 large cucumber
  • 4 Peppers (colourful)
  • 5 ripe beef tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 5-6 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 8-10 Tbsp Tomato juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, 1/2-1 tsp sugar, Tabasco
  • 7-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 4 discs Toast
  • several sheets Rocket salad

Directions

    Boil the eggs hard, peel them and let them cool down. Clean and wash vegetables. Peel onion. Dice everything finely. Mix vinegar, juice, salt, sugar, Tabasco and 6 tablespoons of oil well. Fold in vegetables

    Dice bread, fry in 1-2 tablespoons of oil while turning. Wash the salad. Arrange everything
