Garlic soup

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 Onion
  • 6-8 Garlic cloves
  • 1 glass Sparkling wine
  • 300 ml Chicken broth
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Directions

    Chop the potato, onion and garlic finely and sauté. Deglaze with champagne and simmer for about 1 minute, then add chicken stock.

    When everything is soft add the cream and mix everything with a blender.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Shortly before serving, add an egg yolk (do not let it boil any more).
