Ingredients

  • 6-8 Garlic cloves
  • 5 green and black olives with stone
  • 2 TEASPOONS dried herbs of Provence
  • 500 ml Oil . (e.g. olive oil)

Directions

    Peel the garlic. Place in a glass bottle with olives and herbs. Add oil. Close bottle and let it steep for about 2-3 weeks.
