Fruity pork-fruity pork-curry (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 45 g Basmati rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 100 g cleaned celery root
  • 100 g peeled ripe mango
  • 100 g cleaned spring onions
  • 150 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry
  • 6 -7 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant vegetable stock

Directions

    Cook the rice in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain. Wash the celery. Cut mango and celery into cubes. Cut spring onions into thin rings. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fillet strips in it under turning approx.

    Fry for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove

    Sauté the celery in the hot frying fat. Add the mango and fry briefly while turning. Sprinkle with curry and sauté. Add 7-8 tbsp. water, milk and stock. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Add fillet strips and spring onions, bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange everything
