Wash the lime or lemon hot, dab dry and rub the peel. Squeeze the juice. Mix maple syrup and citrus juice
Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Peel kiwis and banana. Cut both into thick slices. Cut peach halves into pieces
Put the fruits alternately on skewers. Drizzle with the marinade. Cover and allow to infuse briefly
Wash and pluck the lemon balm and cut the leaves into fine strips. Mix yoghurt, sugar, citrus peel and balm. Arrange the fruit skewers with some yoghurt sauce on dessert plates. Add the rest of the sauce
Do not leave the fruit skewers standing for long, because many
Vitamins are destroyed by light and oxygen!
You can also prepare the yoghurt sauce with fresh mint instead of lemon balm
